⊙阀盖垫片形式
采用不锈钢石墨缠绕垫片或金属环垫，自密封的采用自密封垫。
⊙阀座设计
碳 钢止回阀阀座通常采用锻钢材料，阀座密封面可根据客户要求喷焊硬质合金，NPS≤10"的止回阀采用分离式螺纹旋入式阀座，如果用户需要焊阀座结构也可提 供；NPS≥12"止回阀采用焊阀座结构；不锈钢止回阀的阀座一般采用整体式或者在本体上焊硬质合金后直接加工阀座。如果用户有需求，不锈钢闸止回阀座也 可采用分离式螺纹旋入式和焊接阀座结构。

⊙结构特点Feature:

1. Small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, easy in maintenance.
2. Two torsion springs are used excerting on each of the pair valve plates, which close the plates quickly and automatically.
3. The quick-close action prevents the medium from flowing back and eliminates water-hammer effect.
4. This valve is short in length, so that it is rigid and easy to mount.
5. It is easy to install on pipeline which is laid horizontally or vertically.
6. This valve is tightly sealed without leakage under the pressure water test.

8. The Connecting dimensions of flange according to the standard of GB4216-84, GB4216.5—84.
9. The face to face dimension is in accordance with ISO5752-82. The stem of the valve should be perpendicular to the horizontal level when the valve is mounted on horizontal pipeline. For vertical installation the direction of flow should be downward.
