V型阀采用金属硬密封结构，V型阀芯及金属阀座在回转过程中，球芯的V型缺口与阀座做比例流量调节，并且密封面紧密配合，V型口具有强大切断介质、杂质的功能，避免阀门卡死现象发生，并具有自洁功能，因此适用于造纸、化工、冶金等工业企业中含有纤维或微小固体颗粒的悬浊液。配合电动执行器可以实现远程阀门流量开度控制，在无电源情况下也可以手动进行操作。具有额定流量系数大，可调比大，密封效果好，调节性能灵敏，体积小，可竖卧安装等优点。适用于控制气体，蒸气和液体等介质。尤其是适用于控制纤维性和有微小固体颗粒的悬浊液介质的理想产品。
