off penetrable knife gate valve

本阀门是一种新型的快速流量调节的刀闸阀，具有两端同时开启、关闭的操作执行器，成倍提高启闭速度。可以通过行程指示表来直观控制阀门开启程度。此阀门一般使用于通风管道内控制风力调节，或者是煤渣流量排放调节。其结构是由阀体、闸板、阀座、阀杆、支架板、伞齿轮组成。具有两块闸板，两个操作端。通过同时操作两端执行器，使得两闸板做异向分离和合并动作的启闭过程。其特点具有启闭速度快，具有中心向两边调节流量的优点，使得通径介质始终是从中心向周边均匀调节通过。此阀门可以根据客户要求配置手动、气动、电动的操作方式。

Off penetrable knife gate valve is a new type of fast-flow regulating valve with both ends opened and closed operation of actuators that can double increase headstock speed . It can control degree of the headstock of valve directly through travel indicator. This valve is usually used in the ventilation ducts to control the wind-conditioning or regulating emissions from coal cinder flows. It's composed of body , gate, seat, stem, yoke, bevel gear with two gates and two operator ends. Through operation of ends of the actuator make two gates do separate to different directions and combine action .Hoist speed and the advantage of flow from center to two sides to make path media uniform regulation through center to around. This kind of valve can be manufactured manual , pneumatic and electric according to client's requirements.
