法兰连接L型
一、两阀座密封三通球结构紧凑、外型美观、密封性能好。它能寒现对管道中介质流向的切换。也能使相互垂直的两个通道连通或关闭。（如流向图 A） 零件名称 accessory name 材质 materials GB SATM 阀体、阀盖 body、bonnet WCB A21 6-WCB 密封圈 seaIing ring PTEF、对位聚苯 Counterpoint polyphenyl PTEF、对位聚苯 Counterpoint polyphenyl 球体 globe body 1Crl8Ni9Ti SS 304 阀座、阀杆 seat，stem 2Cr3 A246-41 6 双头螺栓 dual-head bolt 35CrMoA A193-B7
二、四阀座密封三通球阀造型美观，结构紧凑合理，它不仅可实现介质流向的切换，也可使三个通道相互连通，同时也可关闭任一通道使另外两个通道连通，灵活控制管路中介质的合流或分流。 （如流向图B）
1、ln the double-seat sealing design,the 3-way valve enjoys compact structure,goodly configuration adn favorable sealing performance.The valve could make a realization the switching of folw direc-tion of the medium inside the pipline,furthermore,it also could connect or shut-down the tow orthogonal passages.（As shown in Flow GraphA）
2、ln the 4-seat sealing design ,the 3-way ball valve enjoys reasonable,compact structure and goodly configuration.Thevalve could not only make a realization the switching of flow direction of the medium inside the pipeline,but also connect the 3 passages on another.Meanwhile,the valve also features the capacity of shutting-down one of the 3 passages while connecting the other 2 ones for the flexible control of the conergent flow or shunting of the medium in pipelines.（As shown in Flow Graph B）
备注：三通球阀一般采用两闽座结构．如流向图 A所示两种工况。选项用两阀座L型结构（即Q44型）。流向图B中①和④ 两种工况亦可选用两阀座T型结构（ 即 Q45型）。流向图B②和③两中工总必须选项用四阀门座T型结构（即45型）。其余工况也可选用四阀座结构，但应在订货合同中注明阀座结构。 如阀门有其它要求请参阅样本《球阀的型号编制方法》填表写相应的要求代号。
Remarks:Double-seat confinguration design is generally utilized for 3-way ball valve sa shown in the 2 operating conditions in Folw Graph A which apply the L-Shaped construction with doulbe-seat（Type Q44）.Wiht regard to the 2 conditions of①and④in Flow GraphB,the T-shaped construction with double-seat could also be applied（Type Q45）.In the②and③con-ditions in this graph,the choice of the construction must be limited to T-shaped ones with 4-seat（Type Q45）.For other kinds of operating conditions,the construction with 4-seat could also be appiled,however,the construction of the rlevant valve seats should be referred in advance in the contract for future delivery.For other requiremnts please refer to the sample of Organizing Method for Types of Ball Valves and fill in corresponding code numbeers as required.
