不锈钢蝶阀

在已公知的不锈钢蝶阀技术中，其密封形式多采用密封结构，密封材料为橡胶、聚四氟乙烯等。由于结构特征的限制，不适应耐高温、高压及耐腐蚀、抗磨损等行业。

用。在已公知的蝶阀技术中，其密封形式多采用密封结构，密封材料为橡胶、聚四氟乙烯等。由于结构特征的限制，不适应耐高温、高压及耐腐蚀、抗磨损等行业。现有一种比较*的蝶阀是三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀，阀体和阀座为连体构件，阀座密封表面层堆焊耐温、耐蚀合金材料。多层软叠式密封圈固定在阀板上，这种蝶阀与传统蝶阀相比具有耐高温，操作轻便，启闭无磨擦，关闭时随着传动机构的力矩增大来补偿密封，提高了蝶阀的密封性能及延长使用寿命的优点。

不锈钢蝶阀 形式分类

     2、按密封面材质分类 　（1）软密封蝶阀。 1）密封副由非金属软质材料对非金属软质材料构成。  不锈钢蝶阀

     3、按密封形式分类 　（1）强制密封蝶阀 　　1）弹性密封蝶阀。密封比压由阀门关闭时阀板挤压阀座，阀座或阀板的弹性产生 　　2）外加转矩密封蝶阀。密封比压由外加于阀门轴上的转矩产生 　　（2）充压密封蝶阀。密封比压由阀座或阀板上的弹件密封元件充压产生 　　（3）自动密封蝶阀。密封比压由介质压力自动产生。 　　

     4、按工作压力分类 　　（1）真空蝶阀。工作压力低于标堆大气历的蝶阀。 　　（2）低压蝶阀。公称压力PN＜1．6MPa的蝶阀。 　　（3）中压蝶阀。公称压力PN为2．5--6．4MPa的蝶阀。 　　（4）高压碟阀。公称压力PN为10。0--80．0MPa的蝶阀。 　　（5）超高压蝶阀。公称压力PN＞100MPa的蝶阀。 　　

     5、按工作温度分类 　　（1）高温蝶阀。t＞450 C的蝶阀 　　（2）中温碟阀。120 C＜t＜450 C的蝶阀 　　（3）常温蝶阀。一40C＜t

     6、按连接方式分类 　　（1）对夹式蝶阀 　　（2）法兰蝶阀 　　（3）支耳式蝶阀 　　（4）焊接式蝶阀
