HSN三螺杆泵选型步骤及注意事项

首先要准确了解HSN三螺杆泵的实际工作参数，如压力、流量、介质的工作温度及介质在工作温度下的粘度、介质有无润滑性、腐蚀性等；

根据介质在工作温度下的粘度初步选择泵的转速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，选择n=1450r/min比较适合，当粘度大于300mm2/s，请慎重考虑泵的必需汽蚀余量，以免泵产生振动；
