产品概述
该泵采用耐腐蚀不锈钢制作，采用气压传动，配以全进口气动泵及气动换向装置，技术*，具有结构紧凑、体积较小、重量轻、自动化程度高、操作方便和工作状态稳定等特点。 该泵利用自作用式原理，以压缩空气为动力源，气动泵和泵体作为执行元件，压力和流量自动连续可调，设有压力保护装置。 高压气动双液注浆泵可广泛应用于水利水电、地铁、煤矿、隧道等工程基础的防渗、加固、堵漏化学灌浆处理及断面的大涌水。

工作原理
压缩空气经球阀，气源二联体，二位五通换向阀进入气缸，推动气缸活塞作往复运动。因气缸拉杆与浆缸拉杆相连接，从而气缸活塞往复运动同时也推动浆缸活塞作往复运动完成吸排浆动作。换向由安装在气缸拉杆上的拨盘，来回拨动行程阀，控制换向伐变换气缸进排气方向，连续完成气缸活塞的往复运动。
