        单段式冷煤气站是由单段式煤气发生炉、双竖管、电捕焦油器、洗涤塔、捕滴器及煤气加压机组成。此工艺为无烟煤工艺，用水直接冷却，煤气温度低，含尘少。增加一台电捕焦油器可变为烟煤工艺。规格有Φ1.0、Φ1.5、Φ2.0、Φ2.4、Φ2.6、Φ3.0、Φ3.2。
        One-stage cold coal gas station consists of one-stage coal gasifier, double-stand pipe, electric detarrer, washing tower, spray catcher and coal gas pressure adder. This technology is for anthracite coal,cooling with water directly ,low temperature of coal gas and less dust. it can become bituminous coal technology if add one more electric detarrer The specs include Φ1.0、Φ1.5、Φ2.0、Φ2.4、Φ2.6、Φ3.0、Φ3.2.
